  • Round, Spalted Beech 1.75in

    The beech in these rounds was spalted while it was on the ground.  It looks like a brown marble with black veining and can easily stand in for an exotic floor.  Maybe for a royal or a knight miniature.  The round is 1.75  inches in diameter and a quarter inch thick (45mm round by 6mm).

    Oak rounds great for minotaurs, ogres and owlbears.  They average 2.5 inches around and a quarter inch high (64mm round x 6mm).

    The white oak pieces are gritty looking and waiting for your Arthurian knight on his mount or your Questing Beast.  The round is approximately 2.75 inches around and a 1/4 inch thick (70mm round x 6mm).  If you look at the images, you can just make out a necklace pattern in the wood.

    The yew tree branches make excellent bases.  One of the more interesting qualities of these is that the lighter outer rings are translucent.

    These are currently unfinished rounds of silver maple.  Some of the bark will have bits of lichen on them.  The rounds are all roughly 1.25 inches around and a quarter inch thick (32mm round by 6mm tall).  Perfect for your basic adventuring party; cleric, fighter, mage, rogue, and dwarf.
